  1. This is wonderful information. I have noticed with myself lots is that even when I do small types of workout such as jumping jacks it helps me throughout the day. That’s the days when I haven’t done my yoga practice. Thank you for sharing. I am also incorporating working out with my yoga practice to stay mentally healthy =)

  2. What a wondeful gallery of articles!

I just started a new exercise routine and am feeling much more clear and efficient in my mental abilities.

I'd been attributing it to the coconut oil in my coffee… looks like I'm getting a double brain-boost!

  3. Good job bringing the brain benefits to exercise. It is very overlooked, but I would say the most important aspect in training. Keep it up!

  4. Great list of articles on the brain boosting power of exercise. I’ve become very dependent on my exercise routine – I just can’t focus without it.

  5. Whoa. Great resources. I’ve experienced a litany of health/body difficulties in the past year, which I initially chalked up to getting older. However, under the guidance of a health/fitness specialist (and friend), I’ve found that regular exercise alleviates the difficulties, if not outright repairs them.
