Playing online brain games can supply you with more than just a lot of fun – it keeps you mentally active. According to an article I read recently, scientific studies are showing that staying mentally active can reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. The study combined data from 29,000 individuals and 22 studies worldwide and showed a 46 percent decreased risk of dementia. This is incredible news, and another good reason to play online brain games.
