I recently came across a great post today by Heather Johnson regarding brain fitness. In it she lists 50 ways to maximize your brain fitness. It’s probably the most comprehensive list of brain fitness activities I’ve come across. At least 5 of the 50 ways she lists have to do with playing games – brain games!
