I'm convinced that a healthy brain can stay that way throughout your entire life with the right diet, exercise and stimulation. Certain games that require the mind to stretch itself with plenty of new learning and stimulation are the best kind of scenario. Especially ones that you can get into.

This is an excellent post, admin! I've always wondered why certain activities were more prone to mental improvement than others. While repetition is fantastic for memorizing information, our brains (according to my old high school English teacher) are like computers. They're able to store an infinite amount of information and it keeps the brain active. Simply keeping the brain ACTIVE helps in the development of new cells. Also, new cells prevent certain emergency medical mental conditions like Alzheimer's, Dementia and so on.

Yes indeed I was hoping that you wouldn't forget the most important part: fun/addictive. Especially for kids. They are surrounded with many video games which are definitely very addictive. So a good brain game has to be fun and addictive otherwise they simply won't play it. Again, very good article!
