Playing online brain games, whether free brain games or commercial brain games it doesn’t matter, will help jump start your brain in the morning. I have to admit, I’m a coffee drinker. That said, I’ve noticed that playing online brain games in the morning does help me get my brain going. I usually drink one cup of coffee first thing.
