I have walked backwards every day of the week for the last year. I cannot tell you how much my life has changed as a result of the activity. For me, it has been
an integral part of an overall self-healing process. I feel as though I have developed a 6th sense. Creative and mental abilities are sharper. I have structured the activity as a mind/body/spirit process-part of a larger self-healing regimen. I refer you to an article I wrote for an alternative health newsletter at the above URL. I wake up every morning excited to begin my forward walking day, walking backwards.
