  4. To me energy is calories,When your energy level is depleted, it is usually because you haven’t eaten anything.
    Not getting enough energy for hours leads to tiredness.
    Sometimes when you are not eating, you will get that pick-me-up drink, but its not a substitute for food…

  9. I know of this mental exercise called ‘anapan’. It is a medication technique where u sit down straight with your legs folded and concentrate on just one thing and that is your breath. It is a good mental excercise.
